Telecom Bill Assist helps customers make Verizon bill payments by phone. We are an independent bill payment service, not Verizon or Verizon customer service.
What You Pay
Telecom Bill Assist charges no customer service fee. Before taking a payment, our agent tells you the exact amount that will be charged and asks for your authorization.
If we offer a discount, our agent will explain the amount you pay and how the full bill payment will be covered before you authorize the transaction. Discounts are offered only when available and are not guaranteed.
Who Charges You
Your payment is charged through TA Service, the billing department of Telecom Bill Assist. After your payment is approved, Telecom Bill Assist makes a payment toward the Verizon account you identified.
The name shown on your payment statement will be TA SERVICE.
Payment Confirmation and Posting
After we make the Verizon payment, we email you a Telecom Bill Assist confirmation containing the payment details and the confirmation reference we receive. You can check your Verizon account to see when the payment posts.
We submit the bill payment after your payment to us is approved. The time it appears on your Verizon account may vary.
If a Payment Cannot Be Completed
If we charge you but cannot complete the payment toward your Verizon bill, The amount charged will be refunded back to you within 7-14 Business days. Contact us using the details below if you have a question about a payment made through our service.
Payment Authorization
By authorizing a payment with our agent, you confirm that the Verizon account information you provide is accurate and that you approve the amount stated to you. We will not charge you until you authorize the transaction.
