02. Confirm the amount
We will tell you the exact amount you will pay before you authorize the charge. Telecom Bill Assist charges no customer service fee. If we offer you a discount, we will explain the amount you pay and how the full bill payment will be covered.
03. Authorize your payment
Your payment is charged through TA Service, the billing department of Telecom Bill Assist. We then make the payment toward the Verizon account you identified.
04. Receive confirmation
After we make the bill payment, we email you a Telecom Bill Assist payment confirmation with the payment details and the confirmation reference we received. You can check your Verizon account to see when the payment posts.

Know Who You Are Paying
Your charge is made to TA Service, our billing department. Telecom Bill Assist then pays the Verizon bill on your behalf. We are an independent service and do not provide Verizon customer service, technical support, or plan changes.
Before you pay, our agent will confirm the total charge, payment method, and expected payment timing. You decide whether to authorize the transaction.
No Customer Service Fee
Telecom Bill Assist does not add a customer service fee to your bill payment. The full amount you authorize will be stated before your payment is taken.
After your payment is approved, Telecom Bill Assist submits the payment toward the Verizon account you identified. We email you the payment confirmation reference once the bill payment is completed. The time it appears on your Verizon account may vary.
