Telecom Bill Assist is a registered, independent bill payment service. We help customers make payments toward their Verizon bills by phone.

Our team explains the amount and payment process before asking for authorization. Customers pay through TA Service, our billing department. We then make the payment toward the Verizon account the customer identifies and email a Telecom Bill Assist confirmation with the payment reference we receive.

We charge customers no service fee. If a discount is available, our agent explains the amount the customer will pay and how the bill payment will be covered before taking payment.

Telecom Bill Assist is not Verizon or Verizon customer service. We can answer questions about transactions made through our service. For questions about a Verizon plan, service, or account support, customers should contact Verizon directly.
